ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow up to two working days to process your order. Expect an email within two working days to let you know your order is on the way.
STORE PICKUP
Unfortunately, at this stage NSV Australia Pty Ltd does not facilitate in store pickup.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Unfortunately, at this stage NSV Australia Pty Ltd does not support local delivery.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours using a variety of reputable domestic freight providers. Flat rate shipping fees apply to different product groups. We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer flat rate shipping within Australia. Rates vary per product group, and are clearly shown at point of check out.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@nsvauto.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
